In this "suspended" time, it is essential to take care of ourselves and focus on small daily cuddles that allow us to overcome the difficulties of domestic isolation. And for those who do not want to give up the pleasure of a gourmet dinner, there is Italian My Food.

Until we can travel again to admire the wine landscapes of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, thanks to Italian My Food we can at least taste the excellent food and wine expressions of these territories. A good dish heartens even those forced into isolation: tastes take us far away and allow us to travel, with the mind and with memories. Our wish is to take you among our Langhe hills, among the flavours of Roero, among the colours of Monferrato.

While we wait to return to Piedmont, we tickle the perceptive memory of those who have enjoyed the food and wine of Alba and its surroundings, satisfying the expectations of those who want to bring the flavours of the Savoy back to the table, with traditional and revisited recipes, specially designed food and wine pairings and the aromas of the land whose wine-growing landscapes are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The chef becomes almost a cultural operator and his art the means of communication: from agnolotti stuffed with Bra sausage and leeks to veal tenderloin with bagnèt ross, from anchovies in green sauce to capon and black truffle, everything tells the poetry of the wine hills. Italian My Food is a journey of taste that shortens the distance between the place you live in and the emotions that the hills of Langhe and Roero are able to give.

By registering you can access the order area, where you can select dishes from two different menus: traditional recipes, dishes recommended by chef Stefano Paganini and, for those who want to compose their own lunch or dinner, an à la carte menu, with the offer available according to seasonality. One of the strengths of the project, in fact, lies in the freshness of the ingredients chosen for the composition of the dishes, with new proposals that change with the seasons, and with the introduction of periodic novelties.

The courses are accompanied by the classic wines of Piedmont, produced by Cascina Boschetti special combinations, of the highest quality, with bottles from Sergio Gomba's winery based in Barolo, in the heart of the Langhe.
