We at ItalianMyFood don't sell food, but a unique territory in the world, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. This recognition goes beyond the beauty of the wine-growing landscape: the uniqueness of this area, in fact, is closely linked to the local culinary tradition, intertwining with a history made up of genuine ingredients and recipes handed down from mother to daughter, thus made immortal, over the years, by restaurants and taverns.

In our dishes you will find the history of our land, with all the value of the tradition of Langhe and Roero.

A correct and balanced diet cannot disregard ethical choices that respect the environment: for this reason we only offer fresh seasonal ingredients, carefully selected, supplied by local producers.

Stefano Paganini

I am a restless spirit: I started cleaning vegetables in one of the first starred restaurants in Piedmont - "La Contea" in Neive. I studied in the kitchen of Davide Palluda before embarking on the adventure of Villa Tiboldi in Canale. In 2010 I finally opened my own restaurant "Stefano Paganini - Alla Corte degli Alfieri", in the heart of Roero, in the castle of Magliano Alfieri. Here I communicate myself through my cuisine. With my work I tell about my life and my country and I try to convey this feeling to my guests through an authentic sensory taste experience.


Luigi Bruno

Albese by birth, I have a professional background and am a company man with numerous experiences in roles of responsibility. At the same time, I am a great fan of cooking: behind the stove, but even more so in front of a good dish. This is why we developed the idea of bringing the quality of our territory to the tables of all gourmands. At Italian My Food I take care of administration, finance and business development.


Maurizio Voglino

After an experience in well-known companies in Piedmont to become ICT manager, I became an entrepreneur in the software and web area, founding MVItalia. E-commerce, apps, web applications: "Now you can unite", as our slogan says. And since I was born in the homeland of good wine and quality cuisine, we developed this project to fulfill the desires of those who, like me, have a passion for the world of wine and food.


Peter Ramunno

For me, writing is not a profession, but a vocation. As a journalist I founded the communication agency Impresso, where we deal with texts and strategies on social media: my world is that of communication. I know wine and I love food. I don't know how to cook, but I really appreciate those who are familiar with cooking and have a crazy tendency towards saturated fats. I love the poetry of my hills and telling the stories of the people who live there.

Law is the starting point of my professional life. Curiosity, passion and the desire to constantly take on new challenges and meet them are the essence today. As a lawyer, I deal with the security of data managed by ItalianMyFood and all aspects of data protection. And of course I also appreciate the excellent gastronomic tradition that the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato know how to transmit.
