Nebbiolo 100%, manual harvesting with rigorous selection of the bunches. Pruning: Guyot. Density: 4,400 vines per hectare.
Soft pressing with destemming; fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about ten days. After an adequate period of maturation, a brief refinement in the bottle precedes release on the market.
Intense ruby red. Light garnet reflections appear with ageing. Bouquet: clean, elegant with scents of berries and notes of ripe roses. Taste: fresh, elegant, harmonious and pleasant to drink.
Serve at a temperature of 18 °C. in a tulip-shaped glass.
Tajarin with meat sauce, meat stews, lamb, white meat, medium matured cheese.
