The Vineyard
Santa Vittoria d'Alba (Cuneo). Position: altitude 340 m. above sea level, south exposure, facing the Tanaro river valley. Soil: calcareous-sandy, typical of the Roero hills.
Grape
100% Arneis, manual harvesting, with selection of the bunches. Pruning: Guyot. Density: 4,400 vines per hectare.
Wine
Vinification: pressing, cold static decantation and filtration of the must. Fermentation in autoclave at a temperature of 14 degrees and the fermentation is stopped by refrigeration when the pressure reaches 5.5 atm. Aging for two months on its own yeasts and bottling Color: pale straw yellow. Bouquet: clear and intense scents of pear, peach and hawthorn flowers. Taste: dry, in perfect harmony between alcohol, acidity and residual sugars.
Serving
Serve at a temperature of 4-6 °C.
